Oct 2010: After installing 60 sqft of this floor, the corners of most of these vinyl tiles lift up an will not stay stuck down. Batch from run 30.12.2009. Bad Batch or bad Product?
A TrafficMaster Representative can not be found. Home Depot says just return the defective product for a full refund. This leaves 60 sqft of sticky floor and more than 12 hrs of wasted time.
Why is it more and more companies don't care about the end quality of their products?
A customer service number for this Traffic Master product can not be found anywhere in a Google Search. Home Depot customer service is not helpful.
